Fuglen is the Norwegian coffee import that became a Tokyo regular. Coffee program in the morning, cocktail program at night, the same wood-paneled room either way. The kind of place where the laptops are out before 11 and the gin starts pouring after dark. Touristy by reputation but the coffee is genuinely good. Show up off-peak if you want a seat.
